How to hire the hall
The Function Room: For those that are unaware, the Club has a function room able to accommodate up to 120 people for hire. Cost of hire is £125 for wedding receptions and £75 for most other functions. The Club requires a list of ALL non-members attending the function and for private functions access to the hall will not be permitted until 2 hours before the start of the function, and no earlier than 4pm for an evening function. The Club member making the hall hire booking must remain at the Club for the duration of the booking period. When booking the hall, you should contact the Bar Manager 14 days prior to the booking date to discuss any particular requirements and provide the necessary non-members list.
Please note: set up time for a Club function is not restricted to these time parameters as these functions are deemed to be for the benefit of the members.
Following 6 months membership of the club members are able to hire the hall.2013. Hall hire forms should be returned to the Admin Secretary along with the relevant payment as soon as possible. Application forms for Hall Hire can also be downloaded from the link below or in person at the Club.
